Social Aesthetics is a mobile medical aesthetics provider offering cosmetic treatments such as injectable procedures, skincare services, and curated group events in a concierge setting. All medical treatments are performed by licensed healthcare professionals operating within their scope of practice under applicable state law.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book or receive treatment from Social Aesthetics. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Social Aesthetics provides medical aesthetic services, not general medical care.

  • All treatments are subject to medical assessment and approval by a licensed provider prior to administration.

  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  • Pre- and post-treatment instructions must be followed to ensure the best outcome and minimize risk.

  • The information on our website and social media is for educational purposes only and should not replace advice from your healthcare provider.

4. Mobile Services & Safety

Our treatments are delivered in a mobile or on-location setting, including private homes, offices, and event venues.
To ensure safety and compliance:

  • The treatment area must be clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled.

  • Pets, children, or distractions must be kept out of the immediate treatment space.

  • Social Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

5. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

If you are hosting a private event, a minimum service fee or travel fee may apply. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Client Responsibility

By receiving a treatment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have provided accurate medical history and disclosed all health conditions, allergies, and medications.

  • You understand the risks, potential side effects, and post-care instructions associated with your treatment.

  • You voluntarily consent to receive treatment and assume responsibility for outcomes within reasonable medical limits.

7. Consent & Liability Waiver

All clients must sign a consent and medical intake form before treatment.
By proceeding, you agree to release Social Aesthetics, its medical professionals, employees, and affiliates from liability related to:

  • Adverse reactions or complications that result from disclosed or undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions;

  • Loss or damage of personal property during a session or event;

  • Acts beyond our reasonable control, including delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Photography & Marketing

Social Aesthetics may capture before-and-after photos or videos for clinical and marketing purposes.

  • You will be asked to provide separate written consent before any identifiable image is used for promotional purposes.

  • You may decline to be photographed at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, photos, videos, text, and materials published by Social Aesthetics are protected intellectual property. No part of this site or content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Providers

Social Aesthetics may collaborate with independent contractors or licensed professionals.
While we carefully vet our partners, we are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or representations made by independent providers.
